Our Services

Shine Your Light provides health & wellness coaching and private yoga instruction. These are educational and supportive services, not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this website or provided during a session should be treated as medical advice. Always consult your physician or another licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, medication, or before starting a new exercise, nutrition or wellness program.

Assumption of Risk (Yoga & Physical Activity)

Yoga and other movement-based sessions involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participation. If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern that could affect your ability to safely participate, please tell us before your session and consult your doctor first.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Payment

Specific scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms for coaching packages and yoga sessions will be provided to you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, weather or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will work with you to find a new time.

Intellectual Property

The text, images, graphics and overall design of this website belong to Shine Your Light LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

Please use our contact form and any communication channels for genuine inquiries only. Don't use this website to submit anything unlawful, harmful, or intended to disrupt or misuse the site.

No Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results will come from our coaching or yoga services.
